The Mach One camera

Modular by design, so the hardware fits the deployment.

A main board, a power board, a sensor board and a communications board, with an expansion slot for what comes next. We adapt the sensors, optics, power and comms to what your application actually needs.

Architecture

Five boards, one contract between them.

Every board tolerates having its power removed and comes back cleanly, so the main board can switch off anything it is not using.

Wake chain

Three gates before a frame leaves the camera.

Radar gives distance and size, which a PIR cannot, but it draws real current while it runs. So it is powered only after the PIR fires, and only what passes both reaches the imager.

    PIR

    Always armed in the nanopower domain. Any warm body moving in the field of view wakes the camera.

  2. 2 · ≈ 1.3 J per trigger

    Radar second check

    Powered for a few seconds. Reports how far away and how big the mover is. A bird or a distant walker is dropped here, and nothing is captured.

  3. 3 · ≈ 16 J per escalation

    Imager and on-chip AI

    A frame is captured, checked by the neural accelerator against what you asked about, and uploaded only if it might matter.

Day and night

Usable images round the clock.

A low-power monochrome imager does the triage and works with IR illumination for covert night capture. A 5 MP colour imager can be fitted where detail or colour matters. Visible flash is available where a deterrent is wanted.

Deployment

Position it, press the button, walk away.

No cabling, no network configuration, no site infrastructure. The camera authenticates with credentials provisioned at manufacture and appears in the platform within minutes. SIMs and data are part of the service.
